How do I manage my subscription?

To manage your account, open GPT Workspace and open the parameters. You can cancel your account anytime. On the same page click on “Cancel”.
Follow the instructions and the subscription will be cancelled immediately afterward. If you cancel before the end of your subscription period, you will still be able to use your license, up to the last day of the subscription.

What is your refund policy?

If you cancel your Premium subscription within 30 days of the purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact our support team to request a refund at contact@gpt.space.
