By design, your data stays at all times on Google's servers. Here’s all the data we need in order to make GPT Workspace work:

• Your email address to identify your account
• If you are a paying customer, your name to identify payment
• Metadata (number of prompts, date of sending, doc’s name)
  GPT Workspace complies with the European General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). You have a right of access, correction and removal of your personal data which you may exercise by sending us an email at [email protected].

To manage your susbcription, open GPT Workspace and open the parameters then click Subscription.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel before the end of your subscription period, you will still be able to use your plan, up to the last day of the subscription.

If you cancel your Premium subscription within 30 days of the purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact our support team to request a refund at [email protected].
Please note that if you activated pay-per-usage the usage after your plan limit is not refundable
