GPT Workspace

Mass Delete Emails in Gmail, Not Just 50 at a Time

The Clean up panel in the GPT Workspace Chrome extension lists who fills your inbox and deletes all their emails at once. Every deletion is counted first, goes to Trash, and can be undone.

Key Features

Everything you need to work smarter with AI in Google Workspace.

Delete the whole result, not one page

Gmail selects 50 rows at a time. GPT Workspace runs the search through the Gmail API and moves every matching message to Trash in one action, whether that is 300 or 30,000 emails.

See who sends the most

A scan groups your inbox by sender with counts and sizes. Delete everything from a sender, only what is older than 6 months, or archive instead.

A count before every delete

You always see the exact number of messages an action will touch before you confirm it. Nothing is deleted on a guess.

Trash and undo, never permanent

Messages go to Gmail Trash, where Gmail keeps them for 30 days, and an Undo button restores the whole batch right after.

Frequently Asked Questions

In Gmail itself, search for what you want gone, tick the select-all box, click "Select all conversations that match this search", then Delete. That works but it is easy to miss the second link and only delete 50. With GPT Workspace, open the Clean up panel in Gmail, pick a sender or a quick cleanup, and confirm the count: the whole result is moved to Trash in one click.

Yes. The Senders view lists every sender with the number of emails they sent. "Delete all" moves all of them to Trash, and the menu offers "Delete older than 30 days, 6 months or 1 year" when you want to keep the recent ones.

Only once the messages leave Trash. Gmail empties Trash after 30 days, or you can empty it yourself from Gmail. The Storage tab shows how much of your quota Gmail uses and which searches, such as emails over 10 MB, free the most.

Every action shows an Undo button for 30 seconds that restores the whole batch, including putting messages back in the inbox. After that, the messages are still in Gmail Trash for 30 days.

Yes. Scanning, deleting, archiving and unsubscribing use no credits. Only the AI rules, which turn a sentence into a Gmail search, use GPT Workspace credits.
