AI mode

Automatic totals and tax
Subtotal, discount, VAT or sales tax and the total due are calculated and formatted in your currency, with no spreadsheet needed.
Nothing uploaded
The invoice is rendered in your browser and saved there as a draft. The only network request is the optional AI mode, and it sends your sentence only.

Frequently asked questions
Is this invoice generator completely free?
Yes. The invoice generator is free with no account, no watermark and no limit on how many invoices you create. It is built by the GPT Workspace team as a companion to the Chrome extension.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no email field and no trial period. The page works the moment it loads, and your draft is saved in your own browser so you can come back to it.
Will the PDF have a watermark?
No. The PDF shows your logo, your business details and your invoice. There is no “made with” footer and no branding of ours anywhere on the document.
How many invoices can I create?
As many as you need. Nothing is counted or throttled except the AI mode, which is limited to 10 requests per minute per visitor to keep it free for everyone.
Is my data safe?
Your invoice never leaves your device: the form, the preview and the PDF are all produced in your browser. The draft is kept in your browser storage and you can clear it with Start a new invoice. If you use the AI mode, only the sentence you typed is sent.
Can I save the invoice to Google Docs or Google Sheets?
